POLITICAL POTTERY - FVCK TRVMP

These cups will be your private way of reminding yourself that not only do we despise what is occurring in the government of this country, but that you are not going to lie down and give up. That we are going to persevere and defend the people and policies that are now under threat. We will do so with our art, our words, our voices, and our support. you will be reminded with every morning coffee that you are in retaliation and that your money went somewhere it was needed.

50% OF PROCEEDS TO CHARITY

Half of all proceeds will be split between these two charities. I originally wanted to support 4, and still do, but in order to make a more substantial impact, I’ve decided to focus on these two for now… and we can explore some new charities with an upcoming FVCK MVSK collection ;).

THE TREVOR PROJECT - “Responding to the public health crisis of suicide among LGBTQ+ young people by building a safer, more inclusive world” (https://www.thetrevorproject.org/)
VECINA - “Empowering immigrant justice advocates through mentoring attorneys, educating communities, and mobilizing volunteers” (https://vecina.org/)

THANK YOU!!

After the election I couldn’t bear sitting on my hands and doing nothing. With politics not being my forte, I realized the best way to combat the gross inhumanity happening at the top of our society is create. Create with the intention of spreading art and warm items that give others an opportunity to own something that holds significance, power, a moment in time, and knowledge that they were working actively against what will be written about in history books. The language feels a bit intense, and rather negative considering the intention, but no other single word managed to adequately summarize the emotions felt towards the situation and person.

Thank you for supporting this odd project, dream, and grasp for something positive!
